1st time here on 14.11.24 because my baby wanted tacos Ordered 3 x tacos - grilled chicken & pulled beef for the babies, & loaded fries to share. They all tasted great with generous servings & fresh ingredients Only issue was the sauce used in the tacos was too spicy for my baby, which made him cry from the heat. I had confirmed with the staff, at the time I ordered, to ensure it wouldn't be spicy because it was for my babies. Ended up ordering food elsewhere for him

I'm a regular customer and quality unfortunately has gone down. I don't like giving bad reveiws only if it's happened more then once. My loaded fries the chicken pieces were semi raw and some were black charcoaled, tried couple bites but the taste was of, the gauc was dark dark green the weirdest colour. Our tender pieces were so small it's more like a kids meal. And the burrito wrap was basically rice. It was an uber order so it was a bigger let down. Just cause we are not in the store doesn't mean you serve us less quality food. Please try and put more effort in presenting us with better quality of food.

Food is always delicious here though they do occasionally mess up orders e.g. I ordered mild and they gave spicy, I ordered beef and they gave chicken however they do amend it if you just bring it up to them. Only uncontrollable complaint is that their corn chips are definitely not fresh or house made, seems like regular chips you would buy at woolies and tastes like it too, much better to go to GYG for the chips and guac.

I ordered the crispy chicken and chips $10. Opening the box, (two tenders and chips) I thought the size of the tenders was a joke. Did the some of the chicken fell off upon cooking? Were there meant to be more or are these the actual portion for the menu?

February 2024: Usually when I order nachos from places like GYG they are always stingy with toppings so I was hesitant with this place, but they had a 2 for 1 deal and I thought I'd give it a shot. Well worth it. They provided plenty and were absolutely delicious. Did not expect to run out of nachos before the toppings. 5 stars 30/12/24: Had to update this because I don't know what happened to this place. New owner/manager? Stopped caring? Either way. Decided to order from this place again. Felt like treating myself. First red flag was the new pricing system on Uber. If you want any kind of filling (Chicken, beef) it costs extra. If you want any kind of sauce it costs extra. What the hell? Okay, well most of what they serve is 2 for 1, so I guess it's not a big deal. Well it wouldn't be such a big deal if they actually packed them like they used to. Between the two it would probably make for a single serving. Quality has dropped off with ingredients too. Crazy how good they went from to how bad they are now
