A new hidden gem in the heart of Manly! This restaurant is cosy and charming. All the staff were absolutely wonderful and very attentive. Plenty of choices to pick from the menu. The dishes we ordered were fresh, tasty and filled with authentic Thai flavours.

In the prime location of Manly, it's incredible to find lunch options with views in the low $10s. Trying out two highly rated Thai restaurants, we began with Arun Thai Cuisine, offering lunch specials starting from $12.50. Situated on the lower ground floor, just opposite the beach, it features a bar overlooking the street—a popular choice for those seeking to observe the hustle and bustle of Manly. Although the food took a bit of time to arrive, both the Pad Thai and Pad See Eww were generously portioned and rich in flavor. While the Pad See Eww leaned slightly towards the oily side, it compensated with a good amount of fresh vegetables. Although the view may not rival the other Thai place, the dishes at Arun Thai Cuisine are better balanced and deemed well worth the extra $0.50.
