The bread, wow!! Absolutely amazing. It was fresh out of the oven with very nice salty butter. The pasta with the ragu was also beautiful. Things started going downhill when we ordered the ribs and the burger… both items were unbelievably rare - I’m sure many people like rare meat, but I think they should ask people how they’d like their meat cooked.. the burger bun was soaked RED from the raw juices it was extremely sickening, to the point I felt disgusted to continue eating anything else. However, I must note that the service was great (which is why I gave this a 4 star rather than a 3) because the waiter came, noticed we were dissatisfied and re-cooked the burger for us, as well as taking the ribs off the bill because we couldn’t eat them that raw. It’s also frustrating when higher end restaurants still charge for sparkling water.. where most places that are higher end don’t charge for that anymore, it’s even more frustrating when you’re not told until you see the bill. I still will try this place again because the taste was there, if it wasn’t for the rawness of the meat, I’m sure I would’ve enjoyed this place a lot! I’ll just make sure to tell them to cook the meat a lot more next time. Hoping I can give them a 5 star at my next visit, which I’m sure they would deserve to get!

The service here is very, very good. From the greeting at the front to the wait staff. We sat and ordered drinks and entrees which came out pretty quick. The terrine and crab cakes were very delicious. For mains we ordered the duck and Murray cod and a bunch of sides (mushroom, beans and the fries) There was lots of sides still left over. The duck was cooked well and the plumb sauce delicious. The cod was good but the skin was not that crispy. We ended with the chocolate bar and the pavlova. Both highly recommend very delicious. I wish there was more of the mango sorbet because that was superb. The chocolate bar is very heavy 1 between two people is good. Their dishes are made to be shared but I don’t think 1 bit of fish would be enough for two people not one duck breast (4pieces) are enough for 2 people. So if you are going for mains 2 plates of something is good to share.

I went to Armorica with my friend on my birthday, just the two of us. The atmosphere was truly elegant, and we had high expectations for the food. However, the dishes were quite average, and for the price, we expected much more. I did enjoy the entrees, but for the main course, we ordered the sirloin steak, which was burnt and bitter. I asked for a replacement, and while I didn’t mind waiting, they brought out a new steak in just 5 minutes. It was clear that it had been pre-made, and unfortunately, the quality wasn’t as good as the first one, it was very chewy, and we couldn’t finish it. I hope Armorica takes this feedback into account and improves in the future.

We visited Armorica for my friend’s birthday dinner, and it was an amazing experience! The food was incredible, especially the T-bone steak, which was cooked to perfection. The signature chocolate bar dessert was also really good, a perfect way to end the meal. Great atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommend!

When I arrived at Armorica Grande Brasserie, I was immediately drawn to the warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant has a unique charm with a lot of character, and the thoughtful decor creates a cozy yet stylish setting. The large bar inside is an interesting feature and fits perfectly with the overall layout. The service was another highlight. The staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They gave us great recommendations, which allowed us to try several dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Their guidance definitely enhanced the experience. The dishes were generous and ideal for sharing, making it easy to sample a variety of flavors. The quality was excellent, with well-crafted flavors and fresh ingredients. While it wasn’t the best French cuisine I’ve ever had, it was very good and well-prepared. The waiting time between courses was reasonable, giving us enough time to enjoy each dish without feeling rushed. As for the prices, they are on the higher side, but they match the quality of the food and the care put into the service. Overall, Armorica Grande Brasserie is a good restaurant that offers a pleasant dining experience, whether you’re out with friends or celebrating a special occasion. It may not be the best of the best, but it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
