I recently visited Arirang after about 6month and was supposed to see a refurbished internal and a number of new items added to the menu. My original review mentioned that Arirang had “Yummy street food style snacks, Korean corndogs and egg toast to die for” the favourites are still on the menu, but there was additional new sandwiches on offer. We tried the egg and hash brown and it was awesome! We also order a mixed basket of fried items, which was a hit.

Was quite pleased with our dogs as I was craving for a good cheesy pull. Made fresh and has a sauce and seasoning station for you to add to your own content. The toasts were alright but don’t be fooled by the top heaviness as the bottom half of the toast will just be egg. Wished there was two hash browns but it is what it is. Only one guy working the store at the time but he did an alright job. Would go back if I had more corn dog cravings

arirang hotdog super famous for their korean corndog but have you tried their toasties 🤩 their thick cut milk toast is buttered and cooked to CRISP, so well made 😭 they use their secret special house sauce which tastes rly good and the scrambled eggs is so fluffy and soft !! > bacon toast ($12.5) ✅ they cut the bacon in bite sized pieces and stuff it in the toast so every bite gets a taste of bacon!! unlike other toast places w one huge piece that you eat all at once lol > hashbrown toast ($12.5) ✅ didnt know i needed a hasbrown in my egg toast 😆 added that extra savoury crisp > chicken tender toast ($12.5) 🌟 extra proteinn!! for the gym rats~ > ham and cheese toast ($11.5) your classic!! cant go wrong ☀️🌻 summer drinks 🌻☀️ > green grape ade 🌟 theres bits of grape and it’s sooo good > galaxy lemon lime ade ✅ changes colours, so pretty and super refreshing !! > iced latte > grape fruit ade 🌟 recommended ✅ must order

When an essential care mission takes you to Eastwood, a Korean car picnic is in order. We hit up Arirang Hotdog in the row of small businesses running along the railway line. They basically make two things: Korean hotdogs & Korean toast. Think of the latter as a vertical sandwich. I took mine as hash brown ($8) which teamed soft savoury scrambled eggs, hash brown and duelling sauces in lightly toasted Japanese white bread. They’re packaged in paper inside clever little cardboard boxes that keep it from being a fail even in a car picnic. Korean hotdogs—I went for the smoked sausage ($6.80)—give you all the fun of the fairground on one stick with a one buck potato chip add-on. They eat best slashed with sauces from another drip-catching cardboard tray. The two items together were too much for lunch, but I was glad to try both of them.

I ordered fried chicken, tteokbokki, and a hotdog, but the sausage in the hotdog tasted different from before, less meat colour and flavour. The chicken was very crispy and delicious. The tteokbokki came in cup sizes, but the actual portion was only about half or slightly more of the cup size I chose. The portion of treokbokkithe isn’t as full as the cup itself but the taste was great—spicy, salty, sweet, and flavourful. Ordering wasn’t difficult, but getting served was a bit challenging. There was no one out in the hall, so I had to either call someone over or wait.
