I had a terrible experience with both the service and the food. I placed an order for pick-up through the website OrderUp, scheduling it for 12:55. When I arrived at 1:10, the staff member informed me there was no order under my name. After showing her my order number, she insisted I provide proof of payment, which I did. I had ordered crispy chicken, but it took them an additional 15 minutes to prepare it, even though the place wasn’t busy. When I finally received my order, the staff member seemed annoyed and just placed the food in the bag, grabbing the fork with her fingers. The crispy chicken was disappointing—it was mostly spine and bones, and the meat was tough.

food taste nice, the pork belly is juicy and full of flavour, the ratio between meat & rice is also perfect. the minus on this restaurant is their service. I know that some of them are on break, they’re on their phones with a blue gloves. I asked them “are you guys open?” and that old lady was pointing the computer screen for order

We usually order food delivered to our home and it usually comes quickly. The quality of the food is varied, especially the salad component. Unfortunately our last 2 orders have arrived incomplete, not including the additional spring rolls we ordered for each of our meals. One could give them the benefit of the doubt had the same problem not occurred the last time we ordered. We have now twice paid for food we didn't receive. I have tried calling them but they don't answer their phone, nor did they call me back at any time. We can't see ourselves ever ordering from them again.

The chicken Pho was very generous with plenty of meat and the pork bao was deliciously zesty with freshly pickled vegetables and a large helping of roast pork. Would highly recommend the food here, its not fine dinning but its easy, accessable and reasonably priced.
