I was in Sydney for the day from the Central Coast & I was really looking forward to dining in a Turkish eatery (no way I’d call this place a restaurant). There was absolutely no love on this plate of food. The salad was fresh but the lamb was barely seasoned, chewy and hard to eat as the pieces were large and no knife was offered just plastic plates and a fork. Maybe if I could cut it up it would’ve made it edible. Couldn’t gain the staffs attention to ask for one. No yoghurt sauce to speak of - just a wedge of lemon. The guy serving looked bored and like he didn’t want to be there. He was also wiping sweat of his face with his bare hands and running his fingers through his hair while waiting for the meat to cook. He noticed that I’d noticed and had me take a table outside. The place is very tired and needs a good clean a refurbish and hospitable staff. I love Turkish food but this was Just Awful!

Cultural connection, friendly, kind & generous serving. Happily return to this place. Yes the restaurant needs a clean but the customer service was fabulous.

The food there is very nice and well made I have to give credit where credit is due. I always leave satisfied and full. But the store itself needs a MAJOR clean. It's very dirty. They don't clean up the tables until you ask them too, the floors are dirty a sweep or mop here and there should be done. Even the bottle that has vinegar in it was dirty around it, so you don't even want to touch it. It's an old store so it's also due for a renovation. If the place was cleaned up more often then overall I would give 5 stars for everything.

One of my favorites in Auburn. The lentil soup and the lahmacun are one the best I've had in Sydney, perfect for breakfast.
