We came here on a Friday night and ordered the medium sushi & sashimi and the chicken katsu donburi. All food was fresh, very authentic and good size portions. It did take a little bit until our food was served but we were happy to wait patiently. Cute little spot - I can recommend!

I had an amazing experience here! Everyone was so friendly and the food was fantastic. I recommend the salmon cream cheese rolls and pork katsu udon. Will definitely visit again.

We went as a family of four and all the dishes were exceptional. The highlight for me was the tempura prawns. Service was friendly, intuitive and homely. One of the best we have been too .

Ate here because of their good reviews but was mostly disappointed. Service is very slow, took well over 30 mins to get some food. Had agadashi tofu to start which was v good, we shared different sushi dishes after and their sushi is bad. The most important part of sushi is the rice and theirs was terrible, mushy and not an enjoyable taste. The quality of some of the salmon was questionable too. Karage was ok. Looking around at other tables they seem to cook hot dishes well but are poor sushi chefs.

Three generations of our family have been visiting this charming Japanese/Korean cafe for many years. The food is superb and there is an authenticity to the whole experience. My favourite dish is the Soon Du bu - spicy seafood stew, complete with rice and a pile of seaweed squares. The prawn tempura is also delicious. The owners are welcoming and instil a calming vibe to a compact space. Highly recommended - a rare gem of an eatery in Randwick!
