Food were great! Specially the steak. Thank you for making Dad’s birthday special by giving him a nice plate of dessert with a special greetings on it. Few areas for improvement below: 1. There were only few tables occupied and yet it seems like the wait staff were no where to be found. 2. We arrived for our 615pm booking, ordered at 630pm and got our entree at 7pm. It took us forever to got our mains. We even overheard on the other table that they waiter 30mins to get their food. 3. The wait staff should be more attentive when they are serving as on multiple occasions they missed to put water in a glass on one of us. 4. One of the wait staff had a strong smell and it wasn’t pleasant. If you know you are serving people, please ensure you are presentable and odour free.

My family and I celebrated my son's birthday. The food was delicious, especially the steak. My son enjoyed it so much that he asked to come back again. We also received a complimentary ice cream brownie for my son's birthday, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, we were grateful for the free parking. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning in the future.

We had the most beautiful professional and charming calm waitress. Nothing was too much trouble. Her name was Divya. The food was amazing and the chef went to extra effort to accommodate my unusual dietary requirements .

Was there with the fam for a high tea. Great quality for amazing value and services. The only recommendation is to have music at the restaurant. Would highly recommend friends and families to go there l. Don't think you can have high tea with coffee and tea and fresh savoury food and desserts at such a great price ! Parking was also quite convenient on the Sunday that I went.

I had many wonderful experiences in the past few years here, but most recently, the service was slow, and the food quality was below average. Upon entry, there was no staff in the dining room. I waited several mins at the front before staff came out the back only to be ignored while they tend to other tables. Just as I was about to leave and go somewhere else, I'm eventually acknowledged and finally seated. Not wanting to waist anymore time, I ordered right away. For starters, I ordered the sourdough bread, which quite disappointingly (15 mins later) turned out to be literally 2 slices of toast and some butter... For my main dish, I ordered the 250g Pinnacles beef striploin, which arrived 30 mins later. The serving size was decent, and the presentation of the dish looked quite good. Unfortunately, the quality of the steak was quite tough and very unpleasant to chew. "We are short staffed tonight" was the excuse I was given, while I waited to be served the final check as staff appeared to be catching up on their social media with their mobile phones. In summary, I would not be returning here anytime soon. There are better restaurants in the Parramatta area that actually work hard for hard earned money.
