Wouldn’t stop here again even if I was desperate! We stopped in thinking we’d get the kids lunch half way through a big driving day with our caravan. Food is ridiculously overpriced - nearly $30 for a schnitzel and chips, that’s nice hotel pricing - and from the food I saw and the reviews I’ve seen since - is absolutely disgusting. But our experience was worse - the incompetent old dingbat serving had not a clue what she was doing and didn’t know what was in the schnitzel sub when asked. Told me schnitzel lettuce and sauce. Charged me for it all, then disappeared, coming back to say it in fact had pineapple in it. When I said my daughter wouldn’t eat it and could I swap to the burger instead, she then CHARGED my card again instead of refunding, then went to refund again and charged AGAIN! But the worst thing was the attitude I was met with from her and her “superior” when I said I would not be using my card on their machine to be charged incorrectly a third time was appalling. I then asked for my money back in full and they refused stating “how do we know it’s not your bank doing it” - obviously completely out of touch with technology! Train your staff better!! In the end the result was 20 more minutes spent arguing with them in front of a service station full of people (mortifying!) until they called their manager and agreed to refund it in cash - but only two out of the three transactions! So I didn’t even get all my money back! Meanwhile my kids are sat waiting, hungry, while I have to argue to have my money returned. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS!

DO NOT STOP HERE!! We deeply regret stopping at this establishment for lunch during a long drive. Despite our better judgment, hunger and lack of other options compelled us to give it a try. This was a mistake we won't repeat. We ordered Nuggets & Chips—a simple dish, yet somehow they managed to ruin it. After a 10-minute wait, an extremely rude kitchen hand called out, "Chips & Gravy," which was neither what we ordered nor what she had in her hands. When we clarified that our order was Nuggets & Chips, she dismissed us and returned to the kitchen. Another 15 minutes passed before we inquired about the delay, only to be met with a hostile remark that "nuggets take a while to cook." When the food finally arrived, we asked for sauce, and a young man handed us a tomato sauce bottle. While my daughter was using it, the aggressive kitchen hand stormed out, grabbed the bottle from her hands, and snapped, "Next time, tell us you want sauce at the start because it costs extra!" The nuggets were inedible—burnt beyond recognition. As for the facility itself, it was appalling. The floors, benches, and tables were filthy, and the staff appeared unkempt and unhygienic. Save yourself the misery and keep driving for another 25 minutes to Coffs Harbour, where you can find a McDonald's. At least there, you'll get edible food and basic courtesy.

This place is filthy, and the over priced food is appalling. I had a toasted ham & cheese plus a luke warm small coffee for $14.40. Couldn’t finish the coffee. The tables were filthy, but the toilets were appalling! They stunk, and there was filth everywhere. See comments from others. Steer clear of this place. Shell Australia should be ashamed of themselves. If you like my review, please “like” it so others can benefit. Please feel free to ask me any questions.

Stopped for coffee here. Most expensive coffee we've ever bought for not so great coffee. Small cappuccino $5.90. plus $1.30 for an extra shot. $7.20 is a bit rich for a mediocre small cap. Won't stop here again!

Do yourself a favour and D O N ‘ T !!!! Ridiculously expensive food prices, extremely poor customer service. Burnt steak sandwich, burnt chicken nuggets, BLT wrap returned to the kitchen three times to accomodate order. Not sure if it was for extra flavour but as the customer I didn’t need to watch the wrap also be dropped on the kitchen floor prior to bagging! Not sure what the Gents were like but the Ladies facilities were filthy …. Bon appetite
