The Signature Lanzhou Beef Soup Noodles is pure comfort food—tender meat, super soft, long noodles that are silky and resilient. The Lanzhou Braised Beef Soup Noodles is just as good—fatty, tender, and absolutely delicious. Don’t miss the salads! The Seaweed Carrot with Clean Noodle Salad and Celery and Bean Curd Salad were amazing and refreshing. The Lamb Skewer was simple yet flavorful. For something unique, try the Fermented Glutinous Rice Milk—an interesting experience, though I’d say it’s more of a one-time try. The Lanzhou Doughnut is an absolute must-try—crispy, thick, and perfect when dipped in condensed milk. Finally, the dumplings: both the Beef Scallion Dumplings (pan-fried) and Egg Chive Dry Prawn Dumplings (steamed) were comforting and tasty. This place is definitely worth a visit!

This place is one of my go-to affordable Chinese noodle restaurant chains 🫶 You can choose the thickness of your noodles, which are handmade daily!! My favourites: 🍜 Noodle Beef Spicy Noodles ($15.9) - Rich flavour with a deep beefy broth that is both savory and slightly tangy. The added spice brings a warming heat that complements the tender beef slices and springy hand-pulled noodles! 🥢 Gravy Noodles with Sliced Beef ($17.9) - Savoury, umami-rich gravy that pairs so nicely with thick noodles. The tender beef slices also added a hearty element. 🍚 Braised Lamb Rice ($16.9) - Succulent lamb infused with fragrant spices, served on the side of fluffy rice that soaks up the rich braising sauce.

Lanzhou Beef noodle soup set $18.90 includes one side dish, one beef noodle soup and one egg. Decent portion, soup not too spicy. Springy noodle, soft beef and rich broth. Comfort Northern style dish. Furniture is a bit dated and need refresh.

I visited this restaurant with my family as I know how much they love Asian cuisine and they all left feeling extremely satisfied and full. As someone who loves her hearty broths you know I had to try out their signature beef noodles and this was definitely the highlight for me. The beef was super tender and the noodles were nice and soft not too chewy. I think they also added some coriander/green onions which made it taste even better! We also ordered some lamb skewers and these were seasoned with cumin which I absolutely love 💯 Also highly recommend the stir fried king mushroom and beef as the flavours for this dish popped off and I even had some of this takeawayed for my lunch the next day. The staff here were also really sweet and gave us some extra broth because we enjoyed it that much. Service is 10/10. Hands down the best noodles, we come here almost every single week for a quick and delicious meal: every single time. Super affordable. High recommend the beef noddles and dumplings!
