The resort manager, Mr Akhil, was very accommodating and professional (we ended up checking in around 11.30pm on 31st Dec.). His warm and service oriented attitude was the highlight of our stay. The room was clean with comfortable beds; the bathroom too was clean although a little jaded. The natural hot water pools were relaxing even when the outside temperature was in low to mid thirties.

The kids & I had an amazing staycation here for the weekend, all the team have been super kind & Accommodating. The 3 pools are a gift with varying temperatures between them with the extended pool hours being great with Daylight Savings Time. We had a family room with a cute private outdoor area and table and chairs available. Thank you to the Team at Artesian Spa Motel for the time we all needed. Much appreciated

The 'river view' room we had was tired and dirty, nothing like the photos. Place really needs a makeover. To their credit, the bed, pillows and linen were good. The pools weren't hot and the 5 acres of landscaped gardens is such an over statement. Don't be fooled by the old photos and the marketing spin, go somewhere else.

Our holiday family trip brought us there and we didn't regret. Nice clean beds, spacious table, wifi, big bathroom and cool room( after long hot roads, it was nice to walk in cool room) . Most important we enjoyed artesian pools, it was relaxing after loong drive. We were planning to have breakfast there but came almost at 9 am and they couldn't make it so we use their options of continental breakfast. We thought to come back but went home another way ( wanted to explore Australia). So, next time:)

I've stayed here several times and am always welcomed back. Owners are kind, friendly and very accommodating. And the pools are an absolute bonus. Will definitely stay again
