The service and atmosphere are lovely, but since mid-2024—possibly due to a change in ownership—the sushi hasn’t been the same. It used to be our favourite sushi spot on the North Shore, but the portions are now smaller, less filling, and drier due to minimal sauce. We've held off on writing this review for six months, hoping each visit would be better, but unfortunately, we’ll be taking a break for now. The warmth and care is gone and they have become another soulless sushi hub. Hopefully, they’ll put more care and effort into their sushi again, (then I will edit this review as soon as they do).

Visited Artamon by train today and spotted this sushi place as soon as I got off the train. The location is this sushi bar is really great. Checked the reviews and mostly are saying good things about this place so I went. The sushi turned out to be really good, I enjoyed my lunch so much. Will definitely come here more often from now and happy to recommend it to my friends in Artamon.

Friendly staff, average food : the ingredients felt below average to average, and price was slightly above average, making it a quality/price I would not go for. Makis have too much rice, rice does not have the texture I would expect from sushi rice, fish felt more generic than premium. Overall felt basic quality for above average price. However, if want something quick that's ready to eat with friendly staff, always better to go here rather than subway. The sushi is absolutely stunning, especially the grilled salmon ones. Staff are very friendly and service is quick and easy. They are quite hospitable when you dine in too.
