I had a lovely dining experience at Aria for my birthday. The staff were professional, polite, and incredibly friendly. They went the extra mile by surprising me with a sweet treat, complete with a candle, and ensured it was gluten-free to accommodate my dietary needs—a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The food had its highlights and a few minor letdowns. The crab had a strong vinegar taste that wasn’t quite to my liking, but the marron was stunning, with a delicious sauce that complemented it perfectly. The gluten-free bread and butter were fantastic. The duck, while flavorful, was a little tough to cut, and the lamb was enjoyable. The standout dish for me was the mashed potato—it was absolutely delicious. The real showstopper, however, was the breathtaking view. Overlooking the Sydney Opera House and the harbour made for an unforgettable atmosphere. Overall, it was a lovely experience, though I did have slightly higher expectations for the food.

An excellent Australian fine dining experience. We chose the three course a la carte menu. Everything was delicious and excellently cooked. The flavours were comfortable yet perfectly balanced with subtle techniques that didn’t feel pretentious. Service was also spectacular and they took extra care to make it special for the birthday occasion. Aside from this, the view is one of the best you could have in Australia. I would definitely return.

Beautiful place to have a birthday dinner. The staff were amazing and accommodating. The view of the harbor was gorgeous. And the food. Oh my word- the best meal of all time in my book! I even ate an oyster- and LIKED it!

An incredible weekend in Sydney filled with amazing food, breathtaking views, and a truly unforgettable night! The service was impeccable from the moment we set foot in the restaurant. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess, and the professional, attentive service remained consistent throughout the evening—truly flawless. We opted for the tasting menu with classic wine pairings, and it was an excellent combination. The tuna was light and refreshing, the perfect start to open up the palate for the evening. The coral trout was cooked to perfection, showcasing a delicate sweetness in its flavor. The quail was juicy and tender, with a sweet sauce that complemented it beautifully. The evening ended with a delightful chocolate dessert, perfectly balanced in sweetness to suit my palate. Midway through our meal, we were graciously offered a table by the window with a stunning view of the Opera House—a thoughtful and memorable gesture. This was, without a doubt, a perfect dining experience.

I ordered an 8-course meal and oysters. The view from the window was spectacular. All the dishes were delicately prepared and beautifully presented. I don't drink much, so I only had three glasses of wine. I asked for a recommendation, and it matched well with the food and was delicious. I'd like to come back again next time.
