Positives: it's close to the beaches around the area. It has a small swimming pool if one doesn't want to go to the beach. Negatives: it's old with a cooktop/oven that needs to be replaced. The couch needs replacing, and the towels and bed linen have a strong smell of bleach.

Good location in Batehaven, close to shops and beaches, a few kilometres away from Batemans Bay city centre. The building is old, the apartments are ok, good size, ours (unit 12) was very old and dusty inside, however ok for a couple of nights. Small pool available (we did not use it) and broadly handy for families.

Lovely stay. Very clean and comfortable unit. Suitable for short or long stay. Close to all shops and restaurants and beach Will be back for sure. Whether booking through bookings.com or other management very responsive and accomadating.

Unprofessional owner Pool was listed as included It is not. Every excuse under sun given even mentioned closed because the local aboriginal kids keep swimming in it?? So rude would not recommend
