The best Indian food I’ve had in a long time. I got the goat Roganjosh and it was simply incredible. It melts in your mouth and is so juicy and flavourful, I cannot recommend it enough. The chicken Chettinad was also great, the sauce was the highlight, beautifully spiced with a thick texture from the coconut. The chicken was just normal chicken but cooked well so it wasn’t dry. The garlic naan was also great, it tasted like it was cooked to order, and the mango lassi was delicious too. Overall I think this place is great value and I will be coming back.

We never tried the food from Anki's previous location on Waratah St when it was takeaway only, but dining in at their new home on Katoomba St was a very tasty experience. Full of flavour and a nice kick of spice in the curries. The lamb kebabs are so incredibly juicy.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. We dined in on the Australia day long weekend. Arrived at 7.20pm and waited 10 minutes later with a grumpy face they gave us a table. There is so much confusion with the chef and staff that take order at the table. The chef was yelling at staff for taking our order as she had to head home or something. It gets even worse, the staff that works there threw the Naan basket on our table out of anger. Food was decent. Save yourself disgrace don't go here!!!!

I ate vegetarian chattinad curry and he had goat Rohan josh and naan. The meals were delicious. Best Indian curry I have had in a long time AND fantastic value. I had to pay the same price for a sandwich at lunch time in Katoomba. Highly recommend. Wish I could have that meal again.

Ate here 18 feb 2025. My husband and I both had lamb, 1 Rogan Josh and 1 with creamed spinach. Food was delicious. Portions plenty, we shared large rice. Took own wine as byo, would just have liked to be able to get a bit of ice. Would definitely go back if in area
