A huge shout out to Andy's Cake Kitchen in Taree. We absolutely love this place because the food and coffee are great and even better the wonderful customer service by Angela and Donna. As I have worked in customer service all of my life, I always notice the customer service whenever I walk into a shop. The way they greet you, the smiles, the eye contact says everything. So to Donna and Angela thank you so much for your wonderful service and friendliness. Will definitely be back again and again. 😁👍😁

Andy's Cakes Kitchen is NOT a good cake shop. First fail was last year when I asked for a red boys birthday cake and they gave me a pink one! And when asked about it they said that it is red so I had to show them what red colour is and what pink colour is and then they said it is very hard to get red icing! which I understand however this was for a boys birthday so you think they would call and ask if it should be changed or recommend a diffrent colour if they can't get RED correct and so they replaced the cake with a dressed up mudcake! This time I ordered another BOYS birthday cake and this one was to be a CHOCOLATE sponge with chocolate icing and a picture on top. The cake looked fine from the outside however it was very disappointing to see that inside of the cake was a white sponge with cream and jam and not what was ordered.

Ordered a cake from here and to say I was blown away by the end result is an understatement. Staff were great at converting what I wanted from words into the finished product.

I’m not sure if this place just changed management or something because the reviews were so good, but my partner and I were very disappointed. The coffee was average, my pie was soggy and tasted very average, and the pastie my partner got was really bland. Nice lady working there, but that’s about the only positive I can add.
