I’ve had a few great experiences here recently, yummy food both times. Convenient location right up from the beach and close to the nearby bus stops. I recommend the smoothies and pancakes here. But the pastries are also quite pretty and tasty

Today, we decided to have breakfast at Ariels. Due to it being a public holiday, the cafe was bustling with people, and there were long queues throughout our visit. We anticipated a lengthy wait, but it didn't bother us. When we were seated, the table was untidy, so I waited for the line to ease before requesting for it to be cleaned. The staff promptly cleaned our table upon asking. The two dishes we ordered were delicious and presented nicely. Overall, our experience was enjoyable, and I highly recommend this cafe.

Had breakfast here and it was so delightful! The pancakes were filling but cooked to perfection, and the katsu chicken burger was not oily at all and came out so fresh! The waiting time was honest and not long at all, and the staff were so kind and friendly! I would definitely recommend eating here!! And they catered for our love of condiments which was so nice ❤️

👌Great location👌 😒But don't bother😒 *Not as it seems from the outside* *Very underwhelming experience* Lunch at Ariel's was somewhat disappointing given such a great location and shop front. Our First time here to try it out as it looked great and inviting from the street. Service was lackadaisical and not as welcoming as one would expect from a beachside cafe. The wait for 2 meals was far longer than acceptable and both meals were underwhelming and the coffee was ok.... The menu is very short and lacking in good ingredients. It also appears to have images and meal names stolen from a larger food chain 'grilled' Probably a copyright issue and should have been a red warning flag of what was to come. 🤯 Burnt flavourless meals and scabby short bottom of the bag chips 🙄 Chips should be the staple of any good beachside Cafe, and Ariel's certainly doesn't deliver, not to mention the lack of flavour in the meals. Chicken burnt to cremation and completely black! But still served to the table 🤢😔 Table service was very poor indeed with a lack of communication and a clear negative attitude from multiple staff unfortunately... Being at Ariel's really was depressing. For the price, and great location one should expect a relaxing experience after a day at the beach. Overall review..... I would not recommend stopping here, rather eat at either Cafe food joint either side of Ariel's (Confirmed, both great and have eaten at both) Hopefully it was just a bad day on the job and others can leave a good review. I feel a lot of work needs to be done here at this establishment given thier whole business is dependent on tourism. The best part of stopping at Ariel's was being able to walk back out onto the street and put that nightmare behind me.

Enjoyed breakfast here the other day. They’ve got some good food, pastries and coffee available. Service was good and the Ariel’s bene with bacon was good. Poached eggs done right. Campos coffee here which is always a winner. Would eat here again.
