Excellent authentic spicy Thai food like those found in Thailand, but have to ask the Thai chef as not many people can take that level of spiciness. Ordered barramundi, fish cakes, special fried rice and stir fried vegetables with pork. All of the dishes were excellent with a fantastic fusion of flavours. The barramundi was steamed in a sweet but not overpowering sauce, the vegetables were really spicy but went really well with the crispy pork, the fish cakes came with a good dip of sweet chili and peanuts and the fried rice had a wide variety of flavours. Presentation of the dishes were excellent as well. Very friendly and involved owners, one of the few restaurants on the street closing late at 9.30pm. Definitely recommended, will be back if visiting this area in future.

Ordered a duck panang curry, egg fried rice and a beef salad. The curry was nice and creamy with plenty of veggies and this paired great with the fried rice. The beef in the salad was a bit dry and chewy and the dressing was a bit a too salty.

They make a fantastic penang curry with tenderlicious duck. Beef salad had plentiful of the beef, but also on onion and spring onion. A friendly family run restaraunt, with 10% off your bill or free house made spring rolls or curry puffs. Spacious seating, and an easy to read menu.

I have lived for 9 years in Thailand and this is the best Thai food and owners I have found in my 2 years in Newcastle. The mussaman chicken was tasty (I never order beef in any Thai restaurant) and the gentleman, Paul, and his Thai wife are good hearted people and the new owners of this gem. It is also good value, unlike all the other Thai places I have been to in Newie, where the food is the same price, but the flavour and friendliness are not Thai. Well worth going there.
