Would definitely go back. Everyone was happy with their meal. I shared the lamb shoulder with my mother - she is a fussy eater but loved the meal. Two guests shared the meat tray - they enjoyed the meats. The kids had a selection of pasta and other dishes which were very nice. Food and drinks came out at appropriate times times and staff were friendly.

Visited Alex and co today it's very close to the light rail stop. They have weekday lunch specials which are excellent value for money. We had Salmon quinoa salad, pasta and spaghetti. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Weekends can be busy.

I wanted to share some feedback about our visit on 15 Feb 2025 at 8.15 pm. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great due to a few issues: • We ordered two mains and a starter at 8:21 PM. Our mains arrived at 8:49 PM, but our starter didn’t come until 15 minutes later. • Starters typically come before mains, so this was quite disappointing. • We were not provided with basic essentials like napkins, and the salt was empty. • No one offered us tap water, which we would have appreciated. • One of the waitstaff also came across as having a bit of an attitude, which made the experience less welcoming. We could understand if the restaurant was busy, however it was not busy. we felt that the service and attention to detail could have been better.

My partner and I had the meat share plate tonight and it was stunning. We had two amazing servers who went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time (even though we were 5 minutes late and arrived an hour before closing. So professional!). Karima & Sian had the best service in Parramatta hands down. Don’t miss out on this spot it’s so underrated, you will not regret it. Beautiful people, food and atmosphere. We will be back next time we’re come down here! I could not recommend this place enough. Pic of our dessert below bc we devoured our food before I could take a pic lol

Overall it was good experience and I would return to give them another go but considering that we were 1 of just 3 tables occupied, the service was very slow. The manager was lovely, she gave us a warm welcome and seemed to pick up where the other service staff were lacking. However it took a long time for our wine to be brought out (a coffee was ordered at our table and that was nearly cold when the wine came) and we ordered the warm salad, despite asking for all dished to he brought out at the same time it didn't arrive until we enquired (it appeared it had been forgotten) and when it came it was cold. The shared entrées were good however and we definitely enjoyed the zucchini flowers, although they may have been crsipier had we not had to wait for the lamb salad.
