Came for a work dinner, Service was great but a tad bit slow and unorgnsed. Staff were very friendly and plesent. food was good, very rich and heavy. A little pricey but overall pretty good

We went for a special occasion, our anniversary. We were greeted without a smile by the last host who saw us, gestured and basically seated us without any warmth. We were attended to by about 4 or so different people in the evening. One gentleman was beautiful and warm, and for him I would have given 5 stars for his service alone. The others lost 3 stars for that category. The zucchini flower was disappointing, to be honest and served on a napkin was a bit odd/questionable. The garlic bread looking thing in the photo with the smooth paste on the top, filled with salami and cheese was delicious!! My husbands seafood pasta was really yum, and my main beef and mash were amazing. I didn't like the peas as they were under cooked and crunchy. The mash was absolutely delish and a stand out! I wish there was more of it! There was no crunchy chorizo on mine that I could see or taste, despite that being on the menu, but never mind. The atmosphere was extremely loud. I was just thankful that on top of the noise of the guests there wasn't loud music playing too. Parking was terrible on a Friday night but not impossible.

Food was beautiful, family is still talking about it. Lamb shoulder, the prawns, the beef shank, gnocchi, all the starters were amazing. Service was great too!

The experience at albis tavern is a definite 10/10. The food is amazing, especially the green goddess salad. I’ve tried so many times to recreate but it’s never been as great as the one I was served at albis. The zucchini flowers were amazing, would recommend if you’re a cheese lover. The vegan menu is a must try!!! It’s so rare to find a fine dining vegan menu. Love the inclusivity

Albi and his team are fantastic, each and every time my wife and I dine at his restaurant. We have been to Albi’s Taverna for date night, meals with friends and family, and even hosted our wedding reception here. Albi, the head chef and owner was a delight to work with; his professionalism and communication made sure our every need was catered for. Fabio, the head waiter always greets us with his smile and bright personality, and provides us with excellent service. The food itself is delicious, with Italian classics and unique dishes that I have yet to see replicated elsewhere. Excited to dine at the new venue Folk, soon. Benjamin and Stephanie
