Walked past this place a few times. Only frequent Cabramatta every now and then coming from Wollongong. Seeing the spot peaked my curiosity and I wanted to check it out. Food Taste was amazing for anyone with a sweet tooth. However I was let down by minor things which has led me to the 3 star. We ordered the #1 recommended. Souffle The pancake combined with cream, soft serve and boba. As per my photo you can see that the soft serve and cream had melted fast. This was less than minutes after receiving the order. Seeing this I was let down by presentation and challenge of eating it. Even though it's desert and potential to get your hands sticky the serving was packed too full. So when I took a spoonful the cream would drip out of my tray. Much more challenging and frustrating when you also have kids with you. Service Service was fine but the wait seems longer than I was hoping. Seeing a shop usually populated I guess that comes as a factor so perhaps a notice of potential to customers would be nice. That way customers have an idea how long they may have to wait for. Atmosphere The logo and shop setup at the front looks nice and appealing. The open window to let customers see inside what's happening gives you an idea and how it feels to be on the other side. Potential Just my opinion but if there was 1 attendant to outside to take orders, interact with customers during the peak time I think that would be awesome. Especially for people who would come out to just just try the product. It would elevate the whole experience from the food, service and atmosphere. Hope this shops stays open for longer and doesn't fade as trend only.

A different twist on pancakes. I ordered the black sesame choux, matcha parfait and biscoff souffle pancakes. All 3 were great! Definitely stop by if you have a sweet tooth. There is only a small counter to eat, but more of a grab and go dessert.

Visited after served some ads on socials which were very beautifully displayed. Literally a hole in the wall and easily missed. Ordered their top seller creme brulee souflee and a cup cake (dessert in a cup and not actually cupcake) - tiramisu. Sponge fingers in the tiramisu were not fully soaked and was on the harder side. Flavours were pretty good. Overall, pretty reasonable prices. No dining area, take away or small standing area only.

The Taro red bean souffle pancake was super fluffy soft and airy, not too sweet, first time I came across this flavour, so had to try it. We also got the Matcha cream puff (Choux) and Taro cream puff. The choux was crispy and nice but the sauce was way too runny and messy to eat (refer photos) the sauce just dropped everywhere, would have been better if the flavour was whipped in a cream form or whipped inside the choux instead of having the choux cut in half. The choux both seemed rushed, would not get the choux again from here. The souffle pancake was awesome though.

Perfect dessert for a hot day! I tried the top 5 menu item, chocolate eggette ice cream for $13.80. The eggette was delicious with a hint of chocolate, though I wished the ice cream was chocolate too.
