Myself and my partner were visiting Adelaide for an anniversary trip and when our plans changed we decided to try this restaurant at short notice and it did not disappoint! The service was great, both host and waitress were lovely. We chose the chefs selection menu and all the food was delicious, the gnocchi was a touch rich but still yum. That creme caramel for dessert was amazing!! I asked for a wine pairing for the mains and it was tailored to my taste and was also lovely, the host came out with 2 options for me to pick from. The service was attentive but not over the top. As someone who also works fine dining I can say I would highly recommend this restaurant and I'm sure we'll be back on our next visit to SA!

We had the most divine dinner here last night. I have complicated food allergies and nothing was too much trouble! There were a lot of things I could eat without even needing to adapt them, and where adaptations were needed, they took so much care to ensure the food was still fabulous. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful, and the vibe was chill. I'm so impressed!

Really enjoyed our night out. The service was fantastic, staff were so attentive, kind and friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful, tidy, modern and inviting. Food was different and delicious, a few entree/small dishes and a main will suffice. Each dish is individually prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients. They made my dishes to suit me and my tastes. Overall we thoroughly loved our dinner. Easy to park and clean bathrooms.

What a great restaurant! It is one of our favourites usually, but we went for one of their events for Tasting SA. The whole place was buzzing, the service was amazing, the wines outstanding and the food was fabulous. We love it, and we will definitely recommend.

Loved this a year ago and went back last weekend to try their new menu, having been a regular visitor in the past 12 months. The wine list is still a dead-set killer, with a wide range of styles, varieties, and prices to please. But let's get to the food, because it's just been getting better. We had the rösti and the pork trotter croquettes to start, and these are both delicious and perfectly sized. The sheer decadence of the croquette is balanced by the finesse of its presentation and accompanying sauce. We then had the boudin blanc, a silky and delicious affair enhanced by the best cabbage I've had for months. Then it was on to a classic cassoulet, rich, warming, full of depth and deliciousness, and it was an absolute stunner, with some fried potato scratchings on the side. I don't usually eat dessert... but I do here. I have a soft spot for rhubarb and apple crumble and the one they serve here, with macadamia and oat coconut in the crumble, took me back through nostalgia, into adulthood, and reminded me how sophisticated the simple can be in the hands of experts. Wine was an unexpected Cabernet Franc on the recommendation of the delightful somm, Mathilde, who always has a good recommendation, whatever your palate or price point. We may have had some very well made amaretto sours to finish as we were celebrating and everything had been so good. You've probably noticed I don't review much but what I do review gets 5 stars. That's because I believe that anywhere that does really good things reliably should be recognised and if something isn't quite 5 stars, maybe I should come back another day. I never have to come back another day here. Give yourself a treat as the weather grows colder and come here for dinner. Try anything/everything, you'll have a good night.
