The seafood tower is amazing, but at $288 (recommended for 2) it's more a special occasion type meal. To be fair, it is massive and could easily be shared between 3 or 4 (with another dish). The atmosphere is amazing at the restaurant and they have a great selection of beverages, including cocktails.

Loved our Sunday dinner at 8 by Trinity. Was celebrating a birthday, ordered the seafood tasting platter with the scallops as an added accompanment. Wine list was reasonably priced, cocktails for dessert. Lovely setting and gardens. Service was good. Only minor recommendations - don't bring out food prior to the drinks being served, feels rushed or the bar was falling behing - replace the paper napkins with fabric given the food prices - a finger bowl to wash fingers given seafood platter & peeling prawns, bugs - provide a bowl to empty shells, scraps etc with the seafood platter These few things will lift a good dining experience to the higher level the venue is aiming for.

Outstanding Lunch at 8 at Trinity Our recent lunch at 8 at Trinity was truly unforgettable. Food, ambience and quality everything aspect is top notch. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The food with top-quality ingredients that made every dish remarkable. The standout for us was their fried chicken pizza, topped with tender strips of chicken that added incredible flavor and texture. We also loved the gnocchi, which was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Each bite felt like a culinary delight! Whether you’re a local or just visiting, 8 at Trinity is a must for anyone seeking a top-tier dining experience. We can’t wait to return!

This place truly has the wow factor! From the stunning design of the verandah dining area that creates a lovely atmosphere, to the beautiful presentation of the food on your plate, every detail is thought out. You’ll also enjoy top-notch service, inventive cocktails, dishes that melt in your mouth, and desserts that are absolutely extraordinary!

Totally enjoyable experience from the water views to the friendly and welcoming wait staff. The food was amazing with each dish outdoing the previous. Definitely recommend and returning is a given.
