Stayed here a few weeks back (31/01 - 2/02) and had a great experience. Room was great for our weekend away. The food and service in the Bistro/Bar was awesome. Had a great experience doing the winery tour, Theatre & tastings. Tastings were a little early (just on 10am) but still enjoyable. Service started before we even got there with a call to reception to ask if they could book us a taxi to our first wine tasting that afternoon. Upon arrival the room was ready prior to the normal check in time and our taxi was on time for us to get our weekend off to a great start. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

We ordered food from the Bar Menu (Panko Crumb Calamari, Lamb Pizza), had Breakfast (Avocado on Sourdough Toast, Eggs sunny-side up with bacon and hash brown, Waffles with nutella and vanilla ice cream) and Dinner (Rump Steak with mash potatoes and veggies, Smoked Salmon Alfredo). Overall - fantastic and faultless. Lots of compliments to the chefs and counter staff. Views of the gardens and vineyards are second to none. Music was great. We would come back when we return to the Hunter Valley!

We visited 4 Pines at the Farm for dinner on the verandah in Summer. The view was beautiful as we watched the sun set over the lake and farm. We got there an hour early and so glad we did as we could wander around the farm seeing the horse riders set out on their beautiful trail ride and see all the animals, ostrich, sheep, donkey, bull, goats with kids, deer, chickens, bunnies, sausage dog, working dog. I loved it and so did the kids. Also, the food and drinks were excellent. Will definately be back for a longer farm stay so we can join all the activities, horse riding, tractor ride, feeding the animals, barrell rolling, segway, pizza making, grape stomping, candy making, cooking class, horse and carriage tour etc.....Too much fun. Great for families or a romantic weekend in the spa room.

We enjoyed a casual pub style lunch here, food came out very quickly and the staff were friendly. We could have our dog outside with us which we were happy about. The meals are extremely large and price pretty reasonable. A big selection of beers to taste. A nice view but pungent scent of fertiliser throughout was a little off putting if sitting outside.

Currently staying at the farm and having dinner at 4 pines I got a t -bone steak While my partner got the beef Ragu pasta Let me tell you I’m Italian I’ve have ALOT of pasta in my life Genuinely one of the most jaw dropping moments of my life best pasta I’ve had in a long time top 5 of my life easily The t bone steak can’t even describe the bliss I felt in the first bite and then every bite after best steak I’ve ever had in my life the seasoning was life changing Ps the cocktails are amazing and wel priced and the staff are kind friendly and very helpful Ambience of the place in general is 10/10 I highly !!! Recommend you eat here these chefs are next level !!
