Was staying down at the caravan park and needed a bacon and egg roll after a pretty rough nights sleep and a few too many beverages by the tent. This hit the spot, bacon was nice a crispy (how it should be) and added a hash brown for a little extra crunch. An easy stroll up the hill from the campground, well worth a breaky stop if you’re in the area.

We're staying in Narrabeen and went for a walk along the beach and wandered up to check out the cafes when we spotted the sign for 4 Knots, which is situated in the North Narrabeen Surf Lifesaving Club. In we went, the owner greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and welcomed us! The menu read great & we order the protein plate to share and a couple of coffees! It was delicious and the coffee was great! Great place, good coffee, nice food and friendly staff! We'll be here for a few more days and will definitely be back.

From the moment we sat down the service and food were exceptional. Listening to queries for Gluten free, exchanging a wrap because the sauce was a bit too spicy, pleasantries and smiles all the time!

We were at Narrabeen and wanted something to eat after a day out swimming. Saw a cafe perched up on the hill. We walked towards it and the entrance was hard to find, had to ask a local (there was BBQ downstairs and a band upstairs). Walked in and we order drinks next door. Ordered fish and chips, the chips were okay but the fish was over-fried. The fish fillet was tough and hard to eat. The batter was over cooked. No lemon was given. Had to ask for cutlery. Luckily the margarita slushie washed away the bad taste. We didn't finish the meal. Wouldn't recommend eating here.

The coffee here. Wow. They roast their own bean here, and I'm saying it has a savoury base with buttery, nearly caramel notes. A delightful medium bitterness in a Crema that finishes with hints of pepper. Prob a little more bitterness than I prefer, but def I bought their beans. ☕ The latte was nearly perfect. A consistent texture to the milk right to the end, and a perfect temperature. It's a surf club, so if you like that atmosphere, and Hey, that is awesome. I'm bringing out my inner surfie. But the view. Hang on. I'm supposed to be talking food. Hellyeah. The food here is high quality. Very tasty. The service is amazing though. Very caring. Very friendly. Huge.
