BEST. EVER. BRISKET. After a great Sunday bike ride along the rail trail, we were welcomed by super lovely staff and quickly settled in with the fun, western vibe. Friendly atmosphere in this sports club with pool, darts, and excellent live music. The food did not disappoint! 😋

Took a barbecue smoker class & learned a lot. Already knew meat here are yummy as bought a number of times but Will did a fantastic job teaching about low & slow cooking as well as other important elements

I did the 2020 BBQ class with Will, and it was an awesome experience and I learned a lot. Prior to undertaking the class I was overwhelmed with the different types of smokers and which one would be best for me. Will explained the pros and cons of each which has saved me thousands in buying something I didn’t need. The class was very informative, the food was excellent. Highly recommend it for anyone interested in learning the basics of low and slow cooking.

Amazing experience. The food is top tier, by far the best meal in Murwillumbah, if not tweed heads. The cooking class is well worth it, very relaxed and experienced pit master. I would participate in the class again just for the food!! Thanks Will.
