Simple easy ordering process, only if front of house understood English. No chilli in Number 1, little bit chilli number 2… order up, chilli in number 1… anyway They corrected it. Very nice Beef soup & the thin noodle made in house, let’s call him “master noodles” @1919 Lanzhou Thank you 👌

Very busy stall, had to wait a little while as they ran out of noodles & there was a new batch being made. Noodles were nice & bouncy, cucumber salad was ok, dumplings were fresh. Overall, not bad!

I ordered the handmade Lanzhou beef noodle soup ( thin ) noodles with coriander and spring onions ( no chilli ) . Noodles definitely weren’t thin what so ever. It was the thickest noodles I’ve ever seen... Broth was lacking in flavour and didn’t even come with any of the herbs I asked for..

Ordered the beef noodle soup. The beef was so very tender, the noodles were how you'd want noodles to be, thick, light chewiness and overall a really good noodle. The broth was a let down, it tasted of Chili oil and a hint of beef. It wasn't flavourful as you'd want from a beef broth. Had the broth been better, my rating would have been a 5. Please work on the broth. You can't enjoy a good beef noodle soup without a lovely flavoursome broth.

We got braised beef noodles in the large bowl and noodles were thick size. Really great hand pulled noodles in which you can see being made. The beef was tender and definitely tastes authentic compared to other Asian food court stores.
