The food was delicious and the service we received from Jasmine and Grace was exceptional. We were extremely pleased by the flavour combinations and freshness and quality of all our dishes, the portion sizes were also extremely generous and we left very very full! I think the 3 course menu is very good value and we will definitely be returning.

We are very happy to have celebrated our 10 year anniversary at 1309 at Balgownie estate. The service from Lucille was excellent - thank you for making our anniversary feel so special! We enjoyed the set menu - the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend the Squid entree, the Focaccia/Sourdough starter and triple fried thick chips (side). We would love to come back again 😊

The staff was professional and friendly, and Jodie, who took care of our table, was especially helpful in making our 12 years anniversary night feel special. The atmosphere was great, the food was good, but the desserts were the real highlight!

Dined here for my Dad's birthday. It was great. The set menu is really good value, especially when you order the grill to share options. As a group of four, two people shared the fish and it was delicious. It was large enough for us all to share, accompanyied by two sides, a sauce and two entrees! The other two of us got a main and dessert each. We shared everything. The quality of the food was amazing and we left feeling very satisfied. I can't fault anything and will be dining here again. Also, Michael provided lovely service and was happy to answer all our questions.

I was gifted a lunch from my son and daughter to 1309 for my birthday present with all attending. We really enjoyed it. We got there a little early than expected as the traffic was light. So a drink at the bar was in order. The chardonnay for myself and bubbles for my wife - both very pleasant. Staff were fantastic and a credit to 1309. We had the roast lamb set meal. Bread superb, vegetables we backed and tasty. It was great and everybody agreed that another visit in the future is required to go a la carte. Pinot Gris was also sampled and more than met our expectation. A big thank you to Sarah for looking after us so well. Car parking was not a problem at all. We will be back.
